I’m a millennial and it had been a while since I’ve been to one. I was pleasantly surprised with how well it was run and how clean it was. It was a Saturday morning but still. Exceeded expectations.

The place is clean and recently renovated. The updated decor looks good and makes it more modern as the puppets and stage area were outdated. There are new booths and tables and some games. When I was there, a few games were out of order, mostly the Skeeball games. The use of Play Cards instead of the tokens is much easier to play with. Don't have to worry about paper tickets anymore. Everything is electronic which is better and makes exchanging e-tickets for prizes a breeze. The salad bar looked fresh and the pizzas always taste good. If you buy a collectable cup, you can get free refills for the life of the cup! My advice is to buy time on the Play Cards instead of points. You can play as many games as you want during the time frame you buy. Such a good deal. Also, when I was there, Chuck E. will dance with the kids on the new dance floor which looked cute. Good place for birthday parties too!
My boy’s and I REALLY enjoy this location! They have the BEST PIZZA AND WINGS, staff is very helpful, ALLLLLL the games are in working condition and it’s EXTREMELY CLEAN!!! One of the managers name Tye is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Thanks for making our time here enjoyable!
One of the best Chuck E Cheese's we have been to. Food was good (remember you are at a CEC not gourmet or super special but enjoyed the pepperoni stuffed pizza), games and staff were excellent. Drove about an 45 minutes while in the area to take grandbabies there. Very clean and games were in really good shape. Got to interact with some staff,management and tech and all very friendly and helpful. You are at Cec so remember, it's a little pricey, but glad we visited. We will visit again in the future.
A safe, fun, relaxing and relatively cheap place for the kids with booths for dine-in, located in the middle of it all! Lots of 1 and 2-player games, food, options for playtime and great party reservation options available with long tables! My 6 year old son and his friends love it!
I really liked that it was empty lol . Less people less germs that's me . The machines need someone on duty to clean there where some pretty dirty . Remember kids touch everything and these already 3 to 14 years old kids so.... over all good place to celebrate birthdays and I love the card system. Food was good but CC should update menu to more than pizza is been decades. Thanks.
Our experience at Chuck E. Cheese in Hampton exceeded our expectations. Our son had a birthday party here (at a 10am on a Saturday) and everything was extremely clean and the whole staff was welcoming. It was not busy until we left around 12:15. 10am is a perfect party time. Our server Akira was absolutely wonderful and so kind/attentive. Akira and the party manager checked in on us all throughout our two hours there. The pizza was fresh and the kids loved everything from the games, their icecream,and visit from Chuck e himself . 10/10 !
